IT Support Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.    To assist the IT Manager in day to day IT infrastructure support operations.

2.    To provide technical and maintenance support for end users and IT vendors.

3.    To assist in overseeing the company’s EPR System, POS System, Office Applications, Networking, Hardware Support, trouble shooting and report generations.

4.    Follow up with IT vendor on all IT related matters.

5.    Coordinate and support on going system enhancement and upgrade.

6.    Involve in new IT project include evaluation, implementation, migration, installation, testing and etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

1.    Possess at least Diploma in computer Science / Information technology or equivalent.

2.    IT Executive position must have minimum 1 years experience in supporting house IT infrastructure and end users.

3.    Experience in support and maintain ERP system would be an added advantage.

4.    Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for IT Support position and working experience will be and added advantage.

5.    Must be able to work under pressure and meet the demands of the jibs.

6.    Preferably posses own transport and willing to travel ( Nilai & Klang Valley outlet).
